How to use a Shein coupon code (step by step, US)
You enter a Shein code in the Promo Code box during checkout. Then you click or tap “apply” so the discount shows in your order total. Shein’s own help pages say you can use only one coupon code per order, and some codes have conditions such as a minimum purchase.
On the Shein website
Shein’s US help pages describe these checkout steps.
- Go to checkout.
- Fill in your shipping address. Choose a payment method and a shipping option.
- If you have a valid code, enter it in the Promo Code box.
- Click “apply”. Shein says that if you skip this, your order total will not show the coupon discount.
- If you want to use bonus points or your Wallet balance, you can do that on the same page.
- Click “Continue checkout” to pay the discounted order.
Enter the code exactly as you received it, with no space before, inside or after it. Shein recommends copying and pasting the code to avoid typing errors.
In the Shein app
Shein’s US coupon terms say coupons work on us.shein.com and in the SHEIN US app. Shein’s help pages do not give separate instructions for the app, so we cannot tell you where the code box sits on each app screen.
If you cannot find a code box in the app, check your coupons first. Shein says you can see the coupons in your account by going to “Personal Center”, then “My Assets”, then “My Coupons”. You can also contact Shein customer service, as described below.
Before you apply a code
Shein’s help pages list these rules.
- One code per order. Coupons cannot be combined or “stacked”. Only one can be used on a given order.
- A code can be used once. A coupon may only be used one time.
- Minimum purchase. Some codes have requirements, such as a minimum purchase. Check the terms shown with the code.
- Expiry. Each coupon has an expiration date, and an expired coupon cannot be redeemed.
- Shipping fees. Shein says a promo code does not work on shipping fees.
- Excluded items. Shein says some items on its website are not eligible for coupon discounts, and coupons are subject to the offer terms.
- Site and app only. Coupons are for products on us.shein.com and in the SHEIN US app.
If you return only part of an order, Shein’s coupon terms say the refund may be adjusted when what is left no longer meets the coupon’s minimum. Read section 6 of the coupon policy if you plan a partial return.
